Redpill me on the Dutroux case, /pol/. I'm only 22 years old so the memories I have of this scandal are very vague because I was so young at the time. But I've read a few things and most notably the complete and utter incompetence of the investigative en prosecuting forces fascinates me. There has to be more to it and sheer incompetence (such as deliberate sabotage and cover-ups) but are the full-blown conspiracies true. Are basically all Belgian elites and royals pedophiles?
