American cities (and too a lesser extent, European) are the launching pads for cultural exports. Performing arts, music, movies, etc are exported to the rest of their nations and internationally as well.

How come cities in other regions don't seem to create meaningful culture? China and India and other countries are having booms of urbanization, but it just seems like shit tier worker bees without any cultural exports to show for it.

Whether you think the influence of cultural marxism outweighs the value of cultural exports is subjective, but American and European cities create culture with a definable market value.

How come other cities are shit?
