This one is completely anecdotal, from my own life experience as a non-white in Denmark.

Our school (Hᴓmarkskolen) had this fair at some point when we were little. The school became a city for a week, and one of my classmates and I were in charge of some merchant shop and we would get a salary ever day for our work, (like 1 dollar a day to buy candy at the other stores).

For some reason the adults in charge of the shop gave my class mate 2 dollar a day, because they thought they could depend on him some more, or some shit like that.
He was the stereotype nordic boy, much taller than me.
I had to work harder and literally run back and forth between our shop and the bank +30 times in 1 evening to deposit what the shop earned. to prove myself
The day after that, I got my 2 dollar a day pay raise. (It was probably my class mate who told the adults I did some good shit, and they probably felt bad I was treated differently).

So from my personal experience, some of the bullshit the feminist's are saying isn't 100% bullshit. It's sort of correct 1% of the time.
