Agreed. I have a very comfortable future ahead of me, and even for me it's hard to imagine openly displaying myself as a national socialist when I know it'd be social and professional suicide to do so. Maybe that's one of our biggest challenges - along with, naturally, changing perceptions about the holocaust and turning it away from an "unquestionable truth" that makes NS so taboo.

It's not even that it'd be social and professional suicide within the current system, it's that it'd be total isolation - and a lack of access to services such as utilities, employment, and many others.

If we can create a volkgemeinschaft, a people's community, we can overcome that challenge. That's what hitler recognized - the society is the base of any movement, not the party. We must construct and nurture many attractive institutions using our initial, radical pioneers - those willing to truly cut themselves off to start things off.

And in general things are slower now. I remember that we got a shot of activity when we got ideology flags, didn't expect it to die off.

I agree with NatSocs on most things except for economics. I like Hitler's words, but I think his actions showed them to be disingenuous. If Hitler had stopped at Czechoslovakia and Austria, then waited to secure Prussia through non-military means, I think they'd have a better argument
