Because urban people study. We read. We educate ourselves about language, on culture, on history - horrible things our ancestors have sone that should be avoided. This is something rural folk can't seem to make the time for, either out of ineptitude or lack of time, we don't really know.
Unfortunately, rural people don't live the same vibrant social and cultural experience that those in the city enjoy and flourish in so much. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the cities to insure the welfare of the rural person. This means that we may have to take away certain 'privaleges' and 'rights' that rural individuals enjoy in order to enact policies that better serve their interests.

But that's another topic for another time

When you own a home you rely on yourself for maintenance and repairs

I've found that in urban areas ppl are more isolated, less friends, less family, no get togethers, no strong connections, don't know their neighbours, etc, etc
And because of this they aren't very trusting. When you're not trusting of your neighbours or more inclined to support Big Government
No guns because they'll kill each other
Wel-Fare as a payoff for not robbing them
A large police force
All signs of a lack of trust
Things like that...

Rural areas produce. They know how to do repairs, they can get down and dirty and fix things, and they're far more likely to be able to put a new roof on their home, fix the plumbing or basically anything to be self-sufficient.

Urban areas produce their own beneficial things, but eventually become the entitled people we see now. They're used to being catered to, they think they're better because they went to a college and wasted money getting degrees in useless crap and then turn up their noses at everyone else. There are people who may get into technology, engineering, and other things that are of use, but they don't make up the majority. Go to a graduation and see how large absolutely useless departments are compared to something like mathematics.

So you get a bunch of people who do things for themselves versus people who demand that things be done for them. You have all kinds of rich kids in university screaming about helping 'victims' (usually made up bullshit placing themselves as the victim). How many of them do you think volunteer to feed the homeless? Rent out apartments where the needy can stay, shower, get clothes? How many know how to even do much of any of their own work?

The non-niggers: They like living in the city for all that it offers, but subconsciously know that it goes hand in hand with living around niggers, as well as that they will go to prison if they go out and hunt down all the niggers. So they desperately reach for whatever they can dream up to placate the niggers in hope that the niggers will somehow become not-niggers. It's just a result of holding two diametrically opposed desires.
