Why do people depend so much on fucking healhcare instead of actively try to be as healthy as possible

>Have an unhealthy diet
>Smoke cigs
>Use hard drugs
>Be alcoholic
>NO exercise
>Sleep horribly
>Drive drunk
>Be in gangs and get shot all of the time
After doing all of these kinds of shit why should you be entitled to the same kind of healthcare that a fit healthy person has?
Should healthcare be like car insurance? Where you pay less if you are less likely to run to a hospital

Don't get me wrong, people who have born illnesses should be entitled to healthcare, they didn't choose to be unhealthy.
