OK here's the plan. We send everyone over the age of a baby boomer to Mexico. In exchange we get an equal number of Mexicans. Then everyone pays into social security so we and the Gen 1 Mexicans can all retire on the tax money as well as the savings we got from shipping off the old folks.

It's better if you pay no income tax. US taxes based on citizenship, not residency, so if you're still earning it's pointless. But if you are retired and want to suck up benefits while living at 1/2 the cost of living you can go to another country.
