Both sides are right, but both sides go about it the wrong way.

Tax cuts are good in that people are motivated to work harder and spend more when they have more money to work for and spend. This is typical human behavior. And when Republicans say that we need to cut spending in order to fund these tax cuts, they are correct as well. The problem is that Republicans aren't willing to cut spending where it needs to be cut the most. What is the?
