Hitler was a retarded leader, especially when commanding the military. He made several critical errors during world war 2 which cost not only the lives of the soldiers he was commanding, but also to his generals and heads of state.

Hitler sacked and executed several high profile agents of Nazi Germany when the German army was defeated in several locations due to mistakes that HE made.
Not to mention he regularly ignored logical tactical advice and criticisms, costing the Axis powers immensely.

If Hitler had only listened, like a great leader does, he could have won the war.

He had the smartest men in Europe, maybe the world in his command and he chose to ignore them and push his own failed policies and war goals.

He had victory in his grasp and he fucked himself up. One of the most overrated leaders in history.
