Drunk driving should not only be legalized, it should be made mandatory. This is not as crazy as it sounds.

People who drink and drive are doing it for only one reason: rebellion. Granted, there are a few who are unhappy with their bad wives, but that's for another thread, and they too are rebelling if you think about it. See, if DUI is demanded by the authorities then troublemaker rebels won't do it. That's the way they think. Let's call this tactic a form of reverse-psychology.

Now I don't want to sway too many opinions before you people have a chance to let this all settle in your minds, but let's just say I have a "sneaking" suspicion that this will soon be the new norm, if you know what I mean.
