I've actually been thinking about this a lot recently.

You know it seems like whites are on a steady retreat everywhere. In America, in Europe, in Africa, in all the cities. Everywhere minorities are pushing in. For example, people would raise hell if whites went out and literally started conquering land for themselves, but nonwhites are openly allowed to do this and nobody seems to bat an eye.

But there is one phenomenon that exists in the modern world where whites have been successfully displacing minorities in huge numbers. That is the phenomenon of gentrification. Basically the way it works is this:
>jewish landlords want to increase their rents
>*vigorous handrubbing*
>think of all kinds of subtle schemes and ways to push blacks and hispanics out of their apartment blocks
>start advertising it to white hipsters, selling to white people
>property values go way up
>minorities can't afford the higher property values, start leaving the neighborhood
>new "trendy" shops and stores migrate to the area

It's ironic, but these tolerant white liberal hipsters have ethnically cleansed more blacks from various regions of Chicago, New York, Pittsburg....etc. than a nazi would in his wet dream. It's even starting to happen to Detroit. If conditions are right and the local government accomodates them (shekel rubbers usually ensure this), these regions spread and spread until massive sections of the city are all white again.

This seems to be an extremely effective tactic, and makes boatloads of money for everyone (revitalizing blighted areas is profitable).

I'm wondering if there is a way to use a similar tactic in places such as Southern California and South Africa. You would have to be clever about it, make sure the whites involved don't believe they are being mean to anyone. But at the same time it can be done. Southern California has some of the highest property taxes around and a super high cost of living.

Rhodesia is never lost, just a bit faded. There are still Rhodesians, but the agrarian lifestyle is dwindling. Admittedly, there are still "farms" I guess you could call them that. My uncle lived along the Zambezi and had a decent living. His property was predominantly seized, and long story short, he worked as a tour guide at Victoria Falls doing who knows what. Being a farmer as a white is still potentially dangerous what with government interference and regulation.

Are white Rhodesians populating? Yes and no. My sister noticed a trend with younger whites here (which are not prevalent at all). She noticed that when a white family gets to a certain size, two or three children, they tend to leave the country and seek residence elsewhere.

In truth, things seem more dire than they are. I live in a small, gated community of whites and some of the kindest Affies around, but when one goes through the cities, it just isn't right what you see.

The infrastructure is from the old days, no innovation.
