I have struggled since December to rid myself of this curse. My longest time without it is 26 days, lately I have not been doing a good job in fighting this addiction. One needs to remain extremely vigilant in one's habits and alert of one's thoughts so one can recognize when one are going to relapse. I would also recommend putting oneself in an environment that doesn't inhibit watching porn.
