Its sugar. People are consuming hundreds of empty calories per day by drinking soda, eating snacks with sugar, cereals, and all manner of garbage processed food.
The sharp rise in prevalence of type II beatus directly correlates with the uptake of sugar in our diets. The whole chain of effects it has on our body is disastrous.
