Amerifags, is there any way we could bring the electoral college to the state level? This would once and for all crush the urbanite in the political sense.
If we had the electoral college working at the state level, states such as Virginia, NH, ME, Illinois, and maybe even CA, would be solidly republican.
Thoughts on how to accomplish this?

We need these proles to vote blue so we can pretend the middle ground is somewhere in the purples, and not deep, blood red.

Of that statistic is true, then I would assume suburban/metropolitan counts as well
