I'm well aware ethnonationalism in the US is still a fringe movement. But the Overton window has shifted so immensely in the last 5 years and the popularity of these ideas have grown exponentially. Did you see the response to the #MoreThanARefugee video on youtube? The whole comment section was full of /pol/ rhetoric. And not because of a /pol/ raid, but because that's the way general opinion on Youtube has been shifting.
