It has been a week and no good info on what happened. I would think some sailor tried to commit suicide and take a ship down with him. A US Navy destroyer should be able to run circles around a cargo ship that size. If anyone has info it would be nice? The Cargo ship hit the USS Fitz... turned went on turned back to look for people in the water.

probably got hit with a rocket of some sort. they obviously can't report a direct attack on national news unless they want to kick up a fuss. But they need to explain the dead sailors somehow and come into dock to repair.

My guess is that it is similar to when a nations jet gets shot down, isreal have lost jets but they don't go shouting about it everytime.
