Well that is exactly my point. They have a lot of money but no real political or legal power. As far as the law is concerned they are pretty much average joes who have quite a bit of money. They also tend to congregate in large groups at times and I doubt the majority of them are more than barely aware that they are easy targets.

I make a generally decent wage (60k a year) working 4 days a week.

I spend time being politically involved and I have a wonderful girlfriend who will bring me 6 six children.

What I'm aware of is that we are at a historically non-violent time in human history and the fact that people aren't committing violent crimes considering the penalties are so small is incredible.

Thus, what I'm looking at is the fact that you have an entire class of people who aren't being targeted when in another time they would have been robbed or assaulted regularly. So what does that tell you? It tells me a great deal more than I can begin to express.

There are 543 Doctors and 1,764 PAs with a CWP in my State and 362 Doctors have notified us, that there is at least one firearm, kept in their Private Practice. That give me 1/5th of all Doctors armed within the State and 1/8th of PAs being issued a CWP by us, within the last five years.

They never carry cash-on-hand, first of all. All transactions are done with insurance agencies or via check or credit, which means they likely never even carry cash on their person, they likely just use cards.

Secondly, they keep their meds on lockdown and only in small amounts, and judging by how lucrative the street drug business is, you wouldn't make much selling prescription meds. It wouldn't be as profitable as simply becoming a drug dealer, which has a lower likelyhood of being nabbed for armed robbery.

Speaking of that, most clinics have cameras, and loads of them(likely because they see this coming). Your mask honestly doesn't help.

Finally, practitioners tend to be positioned in places that are generally more busy - city centers, close to shopping malls, etc, and would garner more attention during the robbery itself.

Simply put, it's not profitable and it's a huge hassle.
