Because these points are unrefutable, Sargon essentially has to put in no effort in calling out bullshit while also putting in just enough effort to make people think he is an intellectual. I'm a firm believer that humans didn't evolve to eat 3 times a day. Just a couple thousand years ago we were living day to day, and even as recently as a few hundred years ago food scarcity was incredibly common especially among the working class (the majority of people). I think 3 meals a day and however many calories just bullshot pop science to encourage consumerism. Same as the makeup industry, makeup dries the skin, moisturisers restore bounce short term but ultimately age your skin, so they sell "anti-ageing cream" which is in fact a very highly price moisturiser. Big corporations tell you you must eat regularly and consume so they can make buckets of money on diet programs, weight loss pills, and. The food itself of course. You don't need it, any of it.
Not to mention I get satisfaction out of exercising self restraint by not eating for a couple days.

And by "he could die" he meant from anesthetics or general surgery complications, most plastic surgeons won't operate on you if you're significantly overweight due to said risks. Even for proper non-cosmetic surgery you usually have to wait until you lose weight to a reasonable level.

I saw Boogie2988 at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
