She isn't the main character and isn't important to the story at all.

In fact, she's the warlock leader, so if you play as Titan you get Commander Zavala, a fierce leader with no remorse for destroying the enemy, and if you play as hunter you get Cayde-6, a sarcastic robot that loves to joke around.

The black girl, i cant even remember her name...but she has no personality and no backstory.
