From what countries does this money come from? Does it come mainly from Europe or the US? Do Asian and Latin American countries chip in?
Where does it go to? Does it manily goes to black Africa or a significant amount goes to other poor countries like india or Guatemala?
Is it working? Does it make recipients dependent? Is it increasing the population of African countries?
Does the money comes mainly from charities or taxpayers?

It comes from the US. We give billions in aid to the majority of countries. We are by far the most generous country in the world, and for whatever reason even give aid to other first world countries in Europe. And the money comes from taxpayers, since it's our government giving it away.
