I'm not a follower but I'm curious if you consider a type of disconnect between The vedas and its religion and practices compared to more modern "Hinduism" ? I saw some vids from a Christian Indian and PHD physicist saying that Vedic Hinduism was essentially what we consider Paganism and that the more modern incarnation of "Hinduism" is based in Gnosticism.
