If you don't live in the Pacific Northwest already, you have no right to be writing manifestos for how it is to be used.

Basically you'll want all the way up to and including all of Alaska.
I'd go as far south as the northern quarter of California.

We'd want the entire north, as whites enjoy the cold climate. It can be sparsly populated but used for resources, hunting, getaway spots for the stressed out, etc. it can be like our version of Siberia. I'd say include Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Take Alberta and British Columbia, the rest of Canada can remain a country.

Take Northern Nevada as our version of Spain. Slope down through Utah until Colorado, take all of Colorado. Then just draw the boundry north until you hit Canada and then draw it back towards Alberta.

Fuck I'm autistic. It's not perfect and it would suck to lose the Dakotas, Minnesota and Michigan, but we can't have it all.
