I've been seeing a clinical psychologist for a few months now. I don't feel like it's helping at all.

The psychologist suspected autism but after several tests I was diagnosed with schizoid personality disorder, not autism.

Porn is evil. There is simply no doubt about it. But there's nothing we can do about it. Outlawing it simply won't work - we know that from all the experience we have outlawing things people want and that make them feel good. Especially since porn is not a physical object, it would be even harder to outlaw than drugs with the rise of the internet.

It's one of those fields(like economics) where you can find a data set to support any conclusion. It happens all the time. You constantly see last decade's firmly established psychological theories debunked and replaced by new ones that will be debunked in the next decade.

This is unquestionably the best answer to start with, for almost all addictions.
Don't be harsh or abusive writing about yourself, but be honest.
Record it all: how many times did you fap, can you remember what made you decide to start, did you use porn, how long were you edging, how did you feel afterwards etc.
This let's you build a map of your triggers and also identify how much time/energy you expend, which allows you to quantify improvements.

I also strongly advise this for drug/alcohol use too.
