We have teacher who get their job, then go on maternity leave and don't spend a single day in class for TEN YEARS while being on full salary. After which they can retire, having not worked a day, and pull a pension.
I was in year 12 in 2007 and of my teachers, one was a chink who smelled like piss and was constantly creeping on the girls, another was a technologically illiterate dance teacher who had been shunted into being an IT teacher and knew less about the subject matter than the students (she was hot tho), and English speaker who was barely fluent in English, a crazy feminist art teacher who was constantly exposing her disgusting, sagging tits, and a bunch of underqualified slackers who didn't know shit.
The best teacher in the school was unironically a giant flaming faggot who taught science, he was the only male teacher in the school. And shit's only gotten worse since then.

Uni is a disgrace, but at least my lecturers and tutors for my course are smart enough to listen to what I have to say regarding contentious issues and give me good marks for assignments, even if they don't necessarily agree with it.

Finished HS in 2014, can confirm. Years 8-10 that had classes with a tard or two and without fail the creature would enter into a tard rage and the only way for the teacher to stop it was to give it full attention for the whole lesson.
