Governments, Authority and the Economy

As long as you earn your money you can have as much money as you want, if it was made with less-than-honest methods or a company goes against the general interests of the nation (environmental, social, economical, etc.) the government can step in and absorb it's infrastructure and work force to stop it from doing more harm while protecting the jobs hat company generated
>While autocratic, the state will be meritocratic by taking inspiration from military rankings and ascensions; Only a important member of politics could become the next ruler, but anyone can become suck politician if they step up the ladder to power
>The church will be closer to the nation, somewhat changing to adapt themselves to the needs of the nation
>The church will be formalized, being a priest would need manny degrees, including studies in some science, following the notion that "prayer is the way we talk to god, nature and its laws are the way he talks to us back. Thus we must understand the realm that God has given to us if we want to fully understand them". This way we can find logical and scientific sustentation for the church's claims on morality and good behavor

Institutions
>There will be schools dedicated to teach students useful trades, mostly in rural towns that need a capable workforce and not flashy degrees
>Schools could be huge institutions that act like independent cities, making students work in them to teach them a trade, discipline and to also lower the school's costs: semi-advanced Students from the agricultural and gastronomical sections would grow and prepare food for the school, students from the body of mechanics, under close supervision, would check and fix their machinery, Administration students would give their service to every school body in exchange of practice, and so on.

In mine, we've skewed towards higher IQs and many people are interested in science. We have people go into trades they find interesting to build/maintain, but much of the population is focused on learning more.
Knowledge is expected, and history, morality, logic, and social skills are taught from an early age. It is expected that you will comprehend and use logic, morals, and history, and find topics that interest you to specialize in. Willful ignorance is frowned upon, but people are encouraged to solve their problems and have high work ethic.
People value human life and brilliance, and everyone works to better themselves and society, and send us out to the stars.
