Are Nursing homes as shitty in Europe as they are in the USA?

In holland it's underfunded and understaffed but the conditions aren't that dire.

I used to work a job driving to various nursing homes. Some of them had nice staff with friendly young white girls where the elderly looked like they had decent care while in others every care worker other than the nurses/doctors looked straight out of Africa. This was is a very white small city. I would never put a family member in one of those unless they molested me as a child or something horrible.

We don't have flips here but it seems like they must have been imported on a work visa. Had African accents as I remember. They hire them at hospitals too. My grandma broke her hip and during her hospitalization got molested by a shitty poo. Fuck I hate how dumb people are with immigration

I used to deliver medical equipment, diapers, syringes etc. to nursing homes as part of my old job.

There are nursing homes with bad reputation, places that smelled like dog shit (the combination of elderly people, diarrhea and antibiotic and various medications is worse than stench of decay)

But there are also private nursing homes, not provided free by government, these are extremely high quality with large gardens, high quality nurses etc.

It really depends on the motivation of staff.

It´s not fucking rocket science to take care of elderly people, it is not job that requires lots of education or years of schooling, but it is about motivation to keep those people clean. It is like raising toddlers, they will shit their pants and do not clean themselves and infections will occur if you don´t clean them

It's actually the opposite from where I work. Blacks are the worst when handling patients, Africans and Asians particularly Filipinos are the hard working ones. Blacks complain the most and feels entitled to everything.
