You could argue that the life of the child would be in danger. It's being brought into the world is actually a threat to it's own existence, and societies in general.
Look at blacks. If they're born in a shitty environment, 90% of the time they will end up in jail at least once.

Of course this is rather extreme, and definitely reflects the kind of though that modern conservatives has brought to the libertarian party.
