It's a disorder, most likely one you're born with thanks to some combination of genetics and prenatal hormone fuckery (the only genes associated with it so far are ones that influence how you process sex hormones). You can't "induce" it unless you count convincing attention-starved Tumblr kids that they're "non-binary" for asspats.

The world needs more women being actual WOMEN, and less feminism, less of women trying to emulate men and so on. If women were better women, men would be more motivated to be better men. That's where you get better "masculinity" from.
