My mom made me get a job in between semesters because she didnt want me sitting at home doing nothing(apparently writing a fantasy novel and making memes is nothing. But I have to work with a whole bunch of plebs.

I assume if you're on /pol/ you have some wits. Humor is a great social lubricant, even if it's a lot of work until you get used to it.

I grew up wealthy.
Try and remember that even though people are poor, they're still human. They have mothers and father, sisters and brothers. And they love their family as much as you do.
Look for the commonality amongst the people you work around.
Even poor people have good ideas. See if you can learn from them
