Overwatch isn't (((diverse))) it is nationalist.
The different ethnicity all live in their own respective countries and have their own language and culture. If you play on the opposing team you cannot understand the foreign characters because they all speak their own language. If you play a foreign version of the game the same thing applies to the English speaking characters.
