I grew up in the 90s, most of our activities were playing outside, climbing trees, swimming in lakes, canoeing, riding bicycles etc. We played some snes and stuff, but for an hour or 2 at most, then we would go outside.

With all the activity naturally you would become fit and high test. Nowadays all I see are kids playing with ipads or cellphones. They barely move their bodies, plus they eat nothing but shit because they're single moms are too busy clubbing, or coalburning to cook them a proper meal. Start lifting and eating meat if you don't want to be a low test cuck.

Both those arms are degenerate for different reasons. Being super bulky is a degenerate waste of resources, as it slows you down, requires more food to maintain, and significantly lowers your stamina, basically making you a few pump chump at the gym, unless you super carb load before hand. The arm on the right is equally degenerate, as it is the result of no activity. The ideal man is the WWII to Vietnam Era soldier body, as it is the best combination of strength, speed, and stamina.

This is all it boils down to. I cycled for 30 miles and did a gym session that involved some 3 minute rounds on the punch bag. Never have I spoken to a person like I did after that in years. I actually engaged with her after she cut my hair and learned a bit about her and a decent way to travel Europe by bike.

Fucking hate /pol/ and the internet at large. Gonna buy a ps1/ps2 and enjoy some FF after training and working to chill out with if I feel like it. A few possible explanations:

1. Women choose high status males to have children with. In the past, high testosterone was highly correlated with status, but that relationship is not as strong as now. Today, there are a lot of ways to earn status without being physically masculine. One example would be Mark Zuckerberg. If women are no longer as insistent that their mates be high testosterone, less males will pass on that trait to the next generation.

2. Environmental differences. Males may be adapting to an environment in which high-t is no longer as vital. Life is certainly much easier than in the past, and the majority of Westerners are faced with few physical demands. Thus, since high testosterone levels are unnecessary for survival, they decrease in the population.

3. Chemicals in the food, possible NWO conspiracy.
