I ask because I notice Iranians for example on average scored 84 on the national I.q tests, I couldn't believe it at first as Iranians are probably the smartest nationality I've met and worked with, both abroad and when I stayed in Iran for a while, so I looked into it and supposedly these tests were conducted in Iran back in the 1950s, when half the country was illiterate and education wasn't valued as much as it is now. This really made me question the whole concept of race and i.q. and this tests accuracy in predicting I.qs. How are we sure that this isn't the same case for most other nationalities?

To add on, China is supposed to have an average IQ of 106, yet I'm willing to bet that all of the tests were administered in Hong Kong. China will either not test or not publish the IQ test results from rural China.
IQ is brain-dick measuring contest and you can't trust non-European countries to do it correctly when there is so much incentive to have a better IQ than the European.
