Americans and Libbies, why is Free Healthcare (provided by the state) bad? Why do you dislike it, despite it being very useful and helpful to society?

How would a fat rich slob who simply manipulated the "free market" be priority over a healthy, lower wage builder who broke his leg in a working accident?
Why are people willing to allow people to be put out of that kind of job into worse-paying jobs, and the like?
I recently had a talk with a friend, who said that if they get their leg snapped during work, they surely could just take an office job, but how would that be fair if the pay was lower?

I mean, there is nothing wrong with a few rich people "losing" an insiginifcant proportion of their wealth so that society and economy prospers more, so why are people against it?
