any one from the Northeast who has driven I95 thru Rhode Island can tell you how bad their state troopers are. In particular one stretch of highway where the speed drops down to 45mph suddenly and with out warning, they used to have a permanent detail parked there to pull people over and write tickets.
I can see too many minorities getting tickets and this program going away because its "racist"
