Ukraine was a nuclear power. It gave up its nuclear weapons in return for protection from the major powers ( and U.K.).
I have heard nothing of the breaking of this treaty.
Why?
Have I just not been paying attention?
Why hasn't ukraine spoken up about the treaty to protect its borders.
Are treaties just smoke and fart gas.
