No one is challenging this narrative. The entire press has accepted this narrative as gospel without any critical analysis of it, solely because it came from Rachel Maddow.
Her entire case for "the Russians hacked our election" is that twitter bots are too complicated for kids to use as a means of trolling and that only the Russian government is sophisticated enough to use twitter bots.
Seriously, that's her ENTIRE argument and her colleagues in the press haven't critically evaluated it.

She pretty much single–handedly controls the paradigm of the left. It's who the vast majority of the left gets their political opinion from. Every day, millions of people regurgitate her talking points at the office water cooler as if her talking points are their own opinion.
And she's flagrantly wrong about this. Russian kids trolled our election with bots. That's all it was.
