The way that I see it is, countries and cultures need an identity to thrive. Whether it be racial or a set of morals and values that are embedded into the fabric of said society. However, I don't think it's right to create laws that promote segregation because that does infringe on individual rights. Now, hear me out. If we can't legally discriminate against people using government force, we simply just create a system that makes it impossible for people with other shitty cultures and values to thrive. Considering most minorities use state welfare, the problem would fix itself if we got rid of government support. We wouldn't need to make any laws pertaining to racial segregation because most of them would either die off or move to Canada. Also, removing affirmative action, enabling private entities to legally distribute IQ tests and hire people based whatever they choose would make a considerable difference.
