That's childish.
A tip is expected buy it would simply be better if servers were actually paid by their boss and tips were understood as extra for the whole experience.

It's not like the failed actress who's on a black casting couch every other night decorated the place or seared your steak medium-rare.

I tip, but it has very little to do with the server, even though they feel entintled after doing almost none of the real work.
