Just got back from building a shed with my Grandad. We spent all yesterday and all today building it (wood warped + parts missing = total bollocks lol, we had to make our own parts). Grandad gripped me by the shoulder, with tears in his eyes, and said "you're the best Grandson I could have ever asked for". Also just got 100% on my quantum electrodynamics test followed by a hard workout at the gym. I am facing the same issues but haven't flipped my shit (yet) but have been messed about for years and had some fucking close calls.
What happens is you get angrier and angrier and feel like theres no way out and in the end you want to vent that anger so once you snap you vent it on the reason you feel you are in the position.
The NHS is at breaking point and the Mental Health services have all but crumbled and the main reason for that is the influx of migrants that have strained the services, this isn't some shit spewed by Tommy Robinson or EDL, these are official reports by the government but its also what we see.
Then what happens is the cut backs have taken away all the support groups ran by the councils EXCEPT those ran for 'special interest groups', women, muslims, blacks, etc.
Even ex-cons, drug addicts and alcoholics get help but if you are a white British native male you are fucked over time and again as a non-entity.

Got a book on Iwo Jima to read as well as Martin Gilbert's books on both World Wars, and a book on the Third Reich.
Want to read Churchill's books on the World Wars, but there's around half a dozen volumes I think, so that's a bit daunting, and it's obviously not the most up-to-date account of the Wars, especially as he had information he couldn't disclose.
Also have a book called the Nazi War on Cancer which I saw in the library and thought it sounded interesting (I'm into the World Wars and I study biology, so sounded like a good fit.)
