With endless stream of energy, automation will expand beyond our imagination. It is reasonable to say, that if we maintain current consumption, less than half of population will have any necessity to work.
So what should be our goals, with what should we preoccupy? Spiritual advancement, space exploration, handling human population into sustainable size, environmental conservancy.

Fascist Utopia. Keep the people working and disciplined, but use the new technology to fix diseases and let us have the peak physical form (while remaining 100% human, no cyborgs).
Colonize space, terraform everything we can in our solar system, mine asteroids, build space habitats, and if we develop FTL, look for colonization on other solar systems and galaxies.
