I've never read it but I've always wanted too, I will pick it up once I finish my current backlog of books

without having read it in its entirety, relying mostly upon the wikipedia summary of the plot and themes, sounds like a badass work to me.

i do personally support the archetype of satan as the resistor of tyranny and the bringer of knowledge, truth, strength and freedom to the masses.

as far as i know, paradise lost is one of the first major works of literature to portray satan as some sort of "anti-hero", at least in the first half, i think. so for that reason, it's on my list of things to read in the future, but you know, old, classic literature is really on the bottom of list in terms of practicality
