This will win the Culture Wars permanently for the Right, and do tens of millions of people a world of good.
It is this - anyone who visits 18+ websites has to enter in their Driver's License number, rather than clicking "I am 18". It in no way affects the "right" of individuals to post sexual content online, ensures that minors do not access, and provides a convenient public record of those who visit such sites, which can be used when people run for office, hold jobs, etc.
Immediately there will be a 95+% decline in the popularity of such sites and most will go out of business. Also, the porn industry itself will implode, and Hollywood will as well, for the two are incredibly synergistic, and truth be told the porn industry is more powerful and more lucrative than Hollywood.
It is simple, does not violate anyone's civil rights and does tremendous good for tens of millions of people.
what do you think /pol?
When people can think clearly, they will go to church more, vote Republican, form families, give up contraception and abortion, respect themselves and women more, and so forth. It is not a "ban" and does not stigmatize individuals, other than having a publicly searchable record of when they did visit such sites.

I think that the big issue is distractions, I agree. Trump is a good avatar for a successful and happy white person and a role model for tens of millions. The basic problem is that you can't legislate away people wasting their time on trash, be it "entertainment" porn, drugs, anime, or whatever. People have to want to do good and develop themselves. How to do encourage this is the issue.
