I use to hate the idea of exercise but I've recently gotten into it. I'm working off my body fat and building muscle, it feels nice and I feel great even on days when I don't do a lot but a few lifts and squats.
Stopped drinking soda and went from 300 to 260 in three months.

Haven't joined a gym yet because that shit is very expensive here but I've got a nice small home gym going.

How do I get into jogging? I get out of breath the second I break rhythm, like full blown gagging and huffing. I can run from a minute to half an hour easy but the very second I stop or slightly break my rhythm no matter how long or short a time I've been running I become extremely winded.

I'm lazy as fuck but I manage to lift a few times a week. Lifting is perfect for the lazy, especially if you're on a strength training routine. I surprised myself with how easy it was and how fast I noticed my body toning up. If you're right wing, you need to lift. No excuses. I'm an autist and I managed.

Ayy lads I've been thinking of starting lifting here recently. I've been a cardiofag for the past year. It's good and all but I don't think it's quite enough, especially being with being fashy.

So I need some beginners advice. What kind of gym is the best? What workouts should I be doing? Is it fine to go alone, I know it's always best to lift with other lads but I don't really have many real life friends to do it with. Also, what kind of diet should I go for?

If there's a link to a really good website to help me out that'd be great.
