If only that was true with CPD. They run a basic narrowband analog system in the 460 range with a +5.0 offset and standard PL tones. You can get on them with a Baofeng. There's been rumors of a P25 upgrade, for the past 10 years. Hell, they even have the range reserved. I'm good if the do, got an XTS 5000. If they go trunked, which would be difficult especially since they don't have the money for a full overhaul, I'm fucked.
