I'll put it to you plain and simple lads - all the craziness we see in the world right now is a direct result of the fact that central banks across the world completely screwed most people over after 2008 (and before but let's not get into that). I bet most of you don't realise that central banks have already created another $1.5tn worth of currency out of thin air year-to-date and used this to prop up financial markets and the global economy as a whole.

The reality is that the entire western world has been in a Second Great Depression since 2008, only record low interest rates and record high currency creation has papered over the underlying problems and given the illusion of growth in the form of asset bubbles - especially the stock market, real estate and auto market here in the UK.

What we see now is this crisis entering its next, and likely most explosive, stage as the problems reveal themselves to be bigger and uglier than ever before. Buckle up lads and make sure to own physical assets, don't trust leaving money in the banks.

Started out with an lmaobrosplit for the first month of working out, then PPL for about 1.5 years then calisthenics for about half a year, then another half a year of PPL and quite recently I've switched to a heavily modified PHUL.

I started doing calisthenics when I was about 12 but I wouldn't really call it working out, I had no set routine or diet and I'd do it on and off.

I guess it's because they're so secluded from the real world. Their entire existence is about their religion and their close knit community and they seem incapable of shaking off that mentality when talking to others. I'd say they're 'weird' in the same way that nuns or prisoners might be 'weird'.

The ones I've spoken to seem quite intense and all (spoken to some in Gibraltar too) seem to ask a lot of questions then never be satisfied in the answer. Even just basic things. I spoke to one for about 20 minutes about the benefits of and reasons people drink alcohol and he seemed interested in the minutia like the taste, the laws in different countries etc. Was a nice chap though.
