So can someone explain what happened with the proposed libertarian paradise in Chile a few years back?

From what it looks like, it didn't fail because of its inherent principles, but because some shill caused some drama there and failed to honor purchases over land or property and just took people's money. This was important because without their property, people couldn't actually get established to get the ball rolling on their economy.

Also, I heard it was over zoning issues, which would imply that the government was involved in blocking construction and whatnot, which would mean it wouldn't really be limited government/ancap paradise. Yet some articles I've seen like to point out that it proves that libertarian philosophies are impossible. Can someone give redpills on the situation?

That sounds like a libertarian paradise to me

Some fags got thrown out of a helicopter.

Ha. Ha. Very funny. Some people a part of the project claimed he wasn't a true libertarian and actually 'hated libertarians and anarchists'.

I dunno, that would be a fairly elaborate con. I suppose it's possible, but that's a lot of effort without a guaranteed pay out

A con only possible with (((them))) around. The guy probably was a kike looking to discredit libertarians and ancaps.

The libertarian party already does the heavy lifting as far as discrediting libertarianism goes. I mean, nobody even remembers this shit, it's not talked about

Well Ron Paul looked like the only serious candidate to run in our political system, and now he's not running anymore.
