Near happening in Helsinki: Police has confirmed that massive operation near Temppelinaukio Church in Helsinki was to prevent a "planned terrorist attack."
Several heavily armed police patrols have been operating around the church since yesterday. Entrance to the church has been blocked with heavy concrete barricades.
Temppelinaukio Church is an architecturally unique Christian church in Helsinki's peaceful Töölö district that has been referred in an ISIS newspaper as "a pagan temple."

>wanting a terrorist attack
maybe a "small" attack would be good so finns would spooked in to a stricter immigration policy

Maybe I should make it clear I was being sarcastic.
But yes, public becoming aware that terrorist attacks are possible would definitely be a good thing. Especially when our New And Improved(TM) cabinet started planning a new more lax immigration policy as their first thing.
