I can think of 2 realistic scenarios where Islamists could kick this off without support from their kike overlords:

a) 50 Islamists organise and attack some district in a major city on the same day with AK and similar weaponry.
We all know that the government constantly finds stashes of weapons in mosques and all over the place.
Citizens in places like London would be completely defenceless since they are not armed. Afaik not even the regular London police carries weapons.
I believe they could hold a part of the city for an afternoon and go from door to door and just kill civilians.

b) They poison the water supply of some city. This shit is often pretty centralised and I'm sure that in some cities it is badly defended.
Maybe they could even do it without anyone noticing it until it's too late.

After that it would be Deus Vult.

While many of us here, myself included, wouldn't mind if the current global powers decided to cut the crap and get straight to WW3, the very existence of nuclear weapons makes wars at such a scale pretty much obsolete. Think about it, if the threat of being nuked exists, would any major nation truly invade another? Knowing that themselves and their rivals could blow each other to hell in the blink of an eye really makes full-on military engagement impossible.

If we were to get a "WW3" the most it would probably be is a Cold War 2 with world powers fighting proxy wars in impoverished, non-nuclear countries.
