Perhaps if you were raised in a better environment you'd be able to figure this one out for yourself.

If intelligence wasn't mostly genetic, there would be 0 correlation between cranial capacity and IQ, there would be no possibility for a genius child to be raised among non genius children, there would be no possible variation of IQ going above a certain score, there would be no correlation between race and IQ being made for every parental education background, birds would technically be as intelligent as humans, every species would have the cognitive abilities of the other, women and men would think the same way and evolve with the same understanding on things, chemicals would influence everybody the same ...
Also, 130 Children ... That is an extremely low number, it also doesn't take into account eating habits that are linked to brain development etc etc ...
Reminds me of this study on race that found that there were more inter race common points between most individuals than intra race. Turns out they took extremely few amounts of samples and other more complete studies proved them wrong.

>Intelligence is Environmental, not genetic in the least bit
except for jews, right?
Your genetics provide your base starting intelligence, they do not serve as a defining factor of your potential capability.
This is what is meant when people say genetics does not define intelligence.
Take any person from any race without a formal education and have them IQ tested. Then give them a formal education and IQ test them.
The results will be different, if genetics defines intelligence then how are the IQ scores different?
