My uncle married a welsh woman, who was lovely, sadly she died of cancer. He moved back to wales so his daughters could have some cultural connection to their mother. They lived in a village for a decade, and my uncle did alot locally. But the eldest daughter broke down after hearing what the locals said behind his back in the shop. They all now live in the forest of dean.
